Initial Post

Our work in Costa Rica started back in April of 2016 when Pastor and Ruth went to Costa Rica for a holiday.  While there they met Andres and Nancy at breakfast at the Resort. After talking for awhile they learned of a fire that had gone through a community and burned out several homes leaving about 70 people totally without anything.  The Church in that community was trying to feed these people but they were running our of resources and since their Church was burned down as well they also needed financial help. We were able to give Andres and Nancy some money to help with the purchase of food and the promise that we would present the need to the congregation back home.  After returning from Costa Rica, it was agreed that we would help this Church and community. Over the next few weeks we were able to send enough money to reconstruct that Church and other help that was needed.
